1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between ph002 and each registered player. They apply to all products and services available on the ph002 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, cricket betting, promotional offers, and any future products added to the platform.

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific rules of a particular game, promotion, or feature, the specific rules will take precedence in relation to that specific matter only. In all other respects, these general Terms remain fully applicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ph002 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. ph002 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph002 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

ph002 employs age-verification procedures at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Where ph002 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation. ph002 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness and will report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ph002. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Document (NID) or passport, your date of birth, your registered mobile number, and a valid email address. ph002 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph002 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ph002 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected breach of account security must be reported to ph002 support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph002 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or decided under exceptional circumstances, settlement rules as published at the time of bet placement will apply. ph002 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in exceptional circumstances.

7. Responsible Gambling

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

8.3 Balance Treatment on Closure

Any balance determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity will be forfeited in full.
